Retrofit Supervision

Course Overview
During this Bootcamp the learner will understand: different construction methods and materials, different management responsibilities and the importance of cost control. Identify risks of activities, and encourage employees to demonstrate safety-conscious behaviours, know how to plan work activities to meet project requirements in the workplace.

The learner will use effective management principles and supervise construction workers, assess and report on quality standards, understand financial and legal constraints, measure against budget, encourage all employees to demonstrate safety conscious behaviours. Supervise the installation, commissioning and handover of retrofit works in the workplace
