This Level 3 Award in Domestic Retrofit Advice course, in association with The Retrofit Academy, is ideal for housing professionals becoming more heavily involved in retrofit projects

Learning: Your learning will take approximately 38 hours, this includes online learning, an online tutor led session via MS Teams and the assessment.

Units cover:

Understand the retrofit industry and the role of the retrofit advisor

1.1 Describe the range of ways retrofit is delivered in practice

1.2 Describe the roles and responsibilities of a Retrofit Advisor

Understand retrofit frameworks

2.1 Describe how projects are delivered using the PAS2035 framework

2.2 Describe the requirements for retrofit advice within the PAS2035 retrofit process

Understand the client-base for Retrofit Advisors

3.1 Describe the range of customers a Retrofit Advisor may interact with

3.2 Explain how to adjust the style of communication to engage with customers with different profiles
